Controller and contact

This Privacy Policy is issued by Leonid Goldberg, operating under the name EzraTech ("we", "us", "our"). We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Privacy requests may be sent by email to mail@ezratech.co.il or by phone to +972-55-773-89-43.

No formal company registry details are published on this website. If you need additional identification details for a privacy request, contact us through the email address or phone number above.

Scope: websites and applications covered

This is a shared Privacy Policy. It applies to this website and to each mobile or web application we publish that links to this document from within the app or its store listing (each an "App", together the "Services"). We use one policy across our Services so the same privacy standards apply everywhere we operate, and so it stays current as we release new Apps.

A specific App may also display its own "App Privacy" details (Apple App Store) or "Data safety" section (Google Play). Those store listings describe exactly which data types that particular App collects; this policy describes our general practices and legal basis across all Services.

Data we may process

  • Contact details you choose to provide, such as name, phone number, email address, company name, and project context.
  • Account and profile data for an App, such as a username, avatar, preferences, and progress or activity within that App.
  • Content you create or upload within an App, such as text, photos, audio, or documents, where a feature requires it.
  • Device permissions data, such as camera, microphone, photo library, or precise/approximate location, only when a specific App feature requires that permission and only after you grant it at the operating-system level.
  • Push-notification tokens and device/advertising identifiers used to deliver notifications and diagnose crashes.
  • Purchase and subscription data processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, or a subscription-management provider (see "In-app purchases and subscriptions" below). We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
  • Technical and analytics data, such as page URL, referrer, approximate device/browser details, language, timestamps, clicks, crash and diagnostic logs, and interaction events, when analytics consent is granted or the App's settings permit it.
  • Communications metadata needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain basic business records.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to inquiries and preparing project discussions: legitimate interests and pre-contractual steps.
  • Operating an App's core features (accounts, saved content, sync between devices): performance of a contract with you.
  • Operating, securing, and improving the website and Apps: legitimate interests.
  • Analytics and behavior measurement, including Yandex Metrica and any equivalent product-analytics tool used inside an App: consent, granted separately for the website and, where applicable, inside the App.
  • Processing purchases and subscriptions: performance of a contract with you, and compliance with the applicable app store's commercial terms.
  • Sending service messages needed to operate an App (e.g., account or security notices): legitimate interests / performance of a contract.
  • Sending marketing or promotional messages: consent, as described under "Marketing communications" below.
  • Complying with legal obligations and defending legal claims: legal obligation and legitimate interests.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

Where an App offers paid features or subscriptions, payment is processed by Apple, Google, or a subscription-management platform such as RevenueCat, not directly by us. We receive transaction status (e.g., active, expired, refunded) and non-sensitive purchase metadata, but never your full card number.

Billing, renewal, refunds, and cancellations for in-app purchases are governed primarily by the Apple App Store or Google Play terms you accepted when purchasing.

Children

Our Services are not directed at children under 13, unless a specific App's store listing and in-app disclosures state otherwise (for example, an App designed for family or educational use may include additional safeguards described in that App's own listing).

If you believe a child has provided us with personal data outside of an App designed for that purpose, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

Marketing communications

We only send promotional or marketing messages (by email, SMS, or similar means) with your prior consent, or where permitted under the Israeli Communications Law (Consumer Protection Against Advertising Content, 5742-1982, Section 30A) because you are an existing customer and have not opted out.

Every marketing message identifies the sender and includes a straightforward way to unsubscribe. Service messages needed to operate an App or respond to a request you made are not marketing and are not affected by an unsubscribe request.

Israeli privacy notice

This section reflects the notice required under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment 13, in force since August 14, 2025). Providing personal data is generally voluntary. If you do not provide contact or project details, we may be unable to respond, schedule a call, or evaluate a request; if you do not grant an App the permissions a feature needs, that specific feature may not work.

The data is requested for communication, project evaluation, operating the website and Apps, analytics after consent, purchases and subscriptions, security, record keeping, and legal compliance.

  • The controller is Leonid Goldberg, operating under the name EzraTech; contact: mail@ezratech.co.il or +972-55-773-89-43.
  • Data may be shared with hosting providers, analytics providers, crash-reporting and push-notification providers, subscription-management platforms, communication tools, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.
  • You may request access to personal data about you and ask to correct inaccurate data, subject to applicable law, and you may complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (רשות להגנת הפרטיות) or another competent authority.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics. See our separate Cookie Policy for details on individual cookies, retention, and how to manage your choice.

Essential local storage is used to remember your analytics consent choice; this is not itself a tracking cookie. Non-essential analytics (Yandex Metrica) is disabled until you accept it, and session-recording (Webvisor) is kept off by default even after consent.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track preference, analytics is not loaded regardless of any other setting.

Third-party processors used by our Apps

Depending on the App, we may use processors such as: backend/authentication infrastructure (for example, Supabase), subscription management (for example, RevenueCat), product analytics, crash and diagnostics reporting, and push-notification delivery services operated by Apple or Google.

The exact processors used by a given App, and the data categories shared with them, are also disclosed in that App's App Store "App Privacy" labels or Google Play "Data safety" section, which are kept consistent with this policy.

Recipients and international transfers

Personal data may be processed by infrastructure, analytics, communication, security, and professional service providers. These providers may operate in Israel, the European Economic Area, the United States, or other countries.

Where GDPR applies, transfers outside the EEA rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Retention

Inquiry and business communication data is kept only as long as needed for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling, and reasonable business continuity.

Account, content, and purchase records for an App are kept for as long as your account remains active, plus a limited period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes, or until you request deletion where applicable.

Analytics data retention depends on the analytics provider's settings and is reviewed periodically.

Your rights

  • Request access to personal data about you.
  • Ask to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Ask to delete data, close an App account, or restrict processing where applicable.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw analytics or marketing consent at any time.
  • Complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or another competent privacy authority.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about users based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website and Apps evolve. The date above shows the current version. Material changes affecting an App's data practices are also reflected in that App's store listing.
